How to use Deborah's Starlight Essences:
Chakra Essences Spread 3drops of essence in your palms and position them in front of the corresponding chakra and let them rest there for a while. From this position circle clockwise until you reach the opposite of your initial position and rest also there for a while, then move again clockwise to reach the initial position.
